The Team Leader Family Support and School Liaison Worker will play a key role in the operation of the Bristol service. They will line manage a family support worker, a post-16 worker, a youth worker and volunteer befrienders as well as offer direct one-to-one family/school support where there is a child with Down Syndrome. The post holder will also maintain and create successful links and working relationships with statutory providers and other agencies and work closely with the charity’s Director to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Bristol service.
