A massive thank you to everyone that has given their time and support to raise much-needed funds for us. Our charity relies solely on grants and donations, without these funds we would be unable to support our families.
We were delighted to accept a cheque for an incredible £4,000 from the Provincial Priory of Somerset. We were overwhelmed to be presented with this amazing amount, making the total donated over the years £7,850.00. A huge thank you to all the Knights of the Province for their support.
Following the sad passing of one of our long-time supporters, Mr Ken Trunks, we were honoured to receive £93.65. Mr Trunks had been collecting for us for many years raising hundreds of pounds, we thank him for his support and his family for thinking of us at this difficult time.
Collection pots continue to be a great source of funds for us. The staff and customers of The Range in Taunton, Somerset continue to be fantastic supporters of our organisation and their latest collection pot raised £34.92 for us.

We had a great response to our World Down Syndrome Awareness Day campaign, from people taking part in ‘Lots of Socks’ to our family event raffle & refreshments together you helped to raise over £680. A big thank you to Nailsea School, St Johns Midsomer Norton,St Benedict’s, Mary Elton, Bath College Somer Valley and all the pupils, teachers, parents and families.
Following a grant application, we have received £375 from the Yorkshire Building Society for new play equipment for our family events.
Our #mychallenge21 campaign raised an incredible £834! A huge thank you to everyone that took part. This will be an annual event so make a date in your diary for March 2023 to take part and complete 21 miles by walking, running, cycling, swimming or scootering.
The fabulous Cassie Pavey ran the Weston-Super-Mare half marathon and raised a whopping £460, thank you for your support, Cassie.
