Summer Holiday Activity Pack
With the summer holidays nearly upon us and things being a ‘little different’ we are delighted to be able to offer 40 of our families a summer activity pack, kindly supported by the OneFamily Fund.
To be eligible for a pack your child or young person must have Down Syndrome, be registered on our database and live in an area of the Southwest that we support. not sure if you are eligible? Call us on 01278 691100 or email info@upsanddowns.net and we will check for you.
