Summer Activity Pack

Thank you for the interest in the Summer Activity Packs, they have now all been taken.

We are delighted to be able to offer 30 Summer Activity Pack, for children/young people residing in the Somerset area, who meet the criteria below, kindly supported by Somerset County Council.

The pack will consist of an inflatable beach ball, colour your own bunting and a sock puppet making kit.

There will be a Zoom session at 11 am on the 4th August 2021 so that the children can make the puppet together and show off their creations.

There is no charge for these packs.

To be eligible for a pack your child or young person must have a diagnosed disability; and/or have an Education, Health and Care Plan; and/or be in receipt of Disability Living Allowance and be aged between 0-18 years. The child/young person must also reside in Somerset. You also need to agree to us sharing your child’s information to the Community Inclusion and Activity Team for reporting purposes only, this will be their initials, the first part of their postcode and details on the tick box below.
