The Yeovil Coffee Morning

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming coffee morning at The Hub! Come along for a warm drink, a friendly chat, and valuable support in a relaxed setting which has the added bonus of a small indoor play area to keep younger children entertained!

Our family support worker, Cheryl, will be on hand to offer guidance, advice, or just a listening ear.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Carole Melia from the Somerset Foundation Trust’s transitions team as our special guest. Carole will be there to answer your questions about the transition from paediatric to adult healthcare, providing insight and support to help you feel confident and prepared.
