Dance and Drama

At Weston-super-Mare youth club, the incredible Becky from Theatre Sphere led the way, and young people had the chance to express themselves through a vibrant and interactive dance and drama workshop.

Becky brought a treasure trove of props and images that sparked imagination and kept everyone engaged. By integrating Makaton—a visual communication tool—she ensured that every young person felt involved, understood, and empowered. Her warmth and inclusive approach gave each of our participants the space to step into the spotlight and reveal their inner stars!

From impromptu performances to group improvisations, it was a joyful day filled with creative expression. Smiles lit up the room as the young people explored their artistic sides, built confidence, and, most importantly, had a blast!
