The doctors explained what Down Syndrome was and what to expect. Ups and Downs Southwest came out to our home and told us what their children had achieved, showed us photos and explained how to embrace and enjoy my baby. She is now 2 1/2 and doing really well. Ups and Downs Southwest are like our extended family. They helped me greatly and I know that their support is always there and a wealth of knowledge anytime just a phone call away
